M-Audio Audiophile 24/96 pinout anyone?

I need the pinout for the M-audio Audiophile 24/96 9-pin connector. I have searched the net for many days but it seems to be incredibly hard to find! Any tips anyone? It would be much appreciated...

second from left side Spdif In direct
third from left side Spdif Out direct
4 PIN Row downside viewing at pins
second from left side Ground Spdif in direct
third from left side Ground Spdif out direct

others related to midi, cannot measure now, might have components for midi connections inside
