15" speaker for a bass cabinet

Hi everybody, I'm a bass player and I'm planning to build a bass cabinet of 100-140 liters with a 15" driver.

The idea came after reading this page (http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Bistro/3491/speaker.html), and also because I can't afford a "real" bass cabinet !!

Now I have to choose a good speaker to motorize it. I'd like to have a frequency response going down to 40Hz (the lower note on a 4-string bass is the E, at 41Hz) and also a good power handling (up to 300W).

That's why I think using a "sono" driver rather than a specific Peavy, Eminence or Celestion bass model.

Maybe the B&C 15 TBX 40, with its low Fs and high Xmax (38Hz and 9mm) http://www.bcspeakers.com/compproducts/speakers/15tbx40.htm

Is this choice reasonable or must I use a "true" bass-designed driver ?
Can someone recommand me a good driver if the B&C isn't a right choice ?

Thank you.
