Here is my latest project.
Its a 150WRMS guitar amplifier with treble, bass, volume and gain controls.
It also has a clean/distorted switch with distortion control pot.
Sounds very good and pretty loud too.
Sadly I managed to scrape the back panel which has a few scratches.

I have used a soft limiter for distortion. It uses transistors in the feedback loop of an op amp to round off the signal.
Its a circuit I picked up from wireless World in the 1980's.

The enclosure is a cheapie ebay one for £35.
Its a bit big for such a small amp but gives plenty of air flow.

It has a 80mm LED fan on the back to keep the amplifier cool.

It has cheapie labels on it, this needs improving.

Nice :)

We deserve some gut pictures now ;)

FWIW my very first product sold was about same technology of construction: a guitar booster pedal built on a store bought aluminum box (which I had anodized blue) with Dymo Labeller adhesive letter strips .

Oh boy, was I proud !!!!!

So I fully gather how you feel now, congratulations.
