Yeah I was gonna say that the board looks nice. Couple of things I would do to minimize hum that have worked for me in the past.

Twisting the filament wires and keeping them as far from other leads as possible.

It's hard to see where the filter caps ground to, but grounding them far away from the signal grounds has helped me. First amp I built I used a star ground (all grounds coming to a single point) and it was moderately buzzy. Separated the B+ grounds from the signal grounds and voila, nice quiet operation.

And maybe it's just how the photo looks, but it appears to have a couple of eyelets unsoldered. I've done that before... more than once
