It's originally powered in 9V
The schematic is originally powered in 9V which means that I don't have to change the voltage, is that right?
You would need to drop the heater voltage from 12.6V to 9V. Be aware the 9V version pulls more current to achieve the same wattage in the heater as the 12.6V version.
