A good one! But that's not the case. I can play bass guitar. And the sounds doesn't dissapear when I stop playing. Checked the wire form guitar to amp. Even replaced guitar's TRS female conector.Maybe the situation improves as soon as you learn to play !

The weird sounds are present even when the bass is not being played (but is connected). Therefore, the signal is not causing the amp to make these sounds (as they are present wothout a signal).
The weird sounds are present through other amps. Therefore, the cause is either the guitar or the wire between amp and guitar.
The wire between amp and guitar checks out ok. Therefore the wire is good.
That leaves only the guitar...
While you could confirm this by bypasing the active circuitry, that would be redundant at this point - it would just tell you what you already know: that it is the active circuitry.
Pull the board out and check closely all the connections and solder joints. If they all look ok, check the electtronic components. If the resistors are not discolored (even slightly), then the cause is most likely a bad electrolytic capacitor. You might consider replacing all the electrolytics with bass-friendly Nichicon Muse or Panasonic TSH (or other low esr types) caps. Can't really tell you which one, and most likely there will be no physical/visual indication of failure. If you do see a cap that shows swelling or leakage, definitely replace it. If you are not familiar with electronics have a knowledgeable friend help.

What do you mean "the wire checks out"? Did you try a different guitar cord? And did you try this guitar cord with a different instrument? Intermittent connections and noises often won;t show up on ohm meters. Never assume.
Is there a battery in that axe? If so, is it up to voltage? And wiggling it, does it make noise? (Loose battery clip)
