Does any one know where to find anything about this sintesizer ???
Maybe manual or schematic ?

There are more farfisa fans at combo-organ.com. One major fan of the old ones is Farfisa Compact Duo Oscillator Repairs
This doesn't answer your question about a modern farfisa, but people there should be more plugged in to the resources available.
