Default Laney VC30 Reverb Not Working

Found your board while searching for Laney VC30 info.

I recently purchased a Laney VC30 and discovered the reverb does not work. When increasing the reverb control, the amp starts to hum, with the hum increasing as I increase the reberb control.

There are no other apparent defects. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Eric
