feedback loop

Anyone know wher I can find instructions / schematics for building a feedback loop pedal? I've can't seem to find any..

whats a feedback loop pedal? Mean a pedal to get a guitar to feed back? I think most use high gain and distortion and aim the guitar at the amp.. i could be mis-understanding though.. sorry

By description it may be an oscillator with PLL, but I am not sure without listening. Back in 1976 I built a phaser listening to a record.
