Default Passive Guitar Output Splitter WITHOUT Transformer

Other than a DI box or a splitter with Jensen transformer is there any other way to build a simple passive splitter other than just a "Y" connector?

What's wrong with an Y splitter?
When you it needs to be passive, the options become very limited.

Thanks. "Ground loop" is the problem with using a simple "Y".
