Default Guitar amp is 60W or 100W?

Hello,

Is this guitar amplifier 60W or 100W?

...it says both

Blackstar ID:100TVP-H 60W Programmable Guitar Amp Head at Gear4Music.com

Is the "100W" bit referring to the fact that its as loud as a 100W tube amp or something?
