Hello, all....
New here, and I hope someone can help with a problem that I'm having with one of my tube amps. I seem to be getting a strange, scratchy, distorted sound through my amp (Peavey Classic 50 Head). It seems to only happen when I play certain notes or chords on the lower strings. Happens on both the clean and the dirty channels. It almost sounds the same way a scratchy potentiometer would sound. I have swapped out all the tubes, and the problem persist. Any ideas? Thanks- Jim |
