Default Schematic question (Trainwreck)

The blue bias circuit, where does that bias arrow go?

It goes to the black arrow marked BIAS at the top, right side of the schematic.

If you're intending to build a 'wreck, I suggest you go to, and have a look at the build info they have there. That amp is intentionally right at the edge of instability and, without proper layout, can be just a howling mess.
