crate vintage club 50 2x12 keeps blowing preamp tubes after about 45 mins of playing please help

What do you mean by blowing tubes? Are they worn out, heaters are dead, tubes are shorted? What brand of tubes have you tried? What exactly happens after 45 minutes? Are all of the preamp tubes affected or just one particular position?
