Hi Travis,
I noted your location and used to live down there myself... I'd call, or better yet, go visit Orange County Speaker. See what they have in stock for decent frames then have them rebuild one for you with a 16 ohm voice coil. I'd use either a JBL, EV, or Eminence frame to start with because they're well designed... See what they have... It'll most likely cost ~$100 all said and done and you'll have exactly what you want... Here's their website: http://www.orangecountyspeaker.com/ They do great work! I used to use them when I was doing pro audio stuff... Good Luck,
