Need Source for Behringer Parts

Hi All,

I have a Behringer DPA400 amp with a temp sensitive controller chip. The chip is IC4 on the board/schematic, and the chip is labeled HCA8001. This chip is made by Intersil, but interesting enough, they claim it is not available for use in any designs other than one of their class D boards. See this link for a kinda datasheet on the chip -

Behringer will not sell parts direct, so I'm looking for anyone with info on how to purchase parts for these units. This unit was a trade at our music store, and given the low resale value of these units (this amp is out of a PMX3000), I cannot afford to buy these parts "retail." Anyone here know of a reasonably priced place to purchase Behringer parts? Thanks in advance for any suggestions! Rick Jordan
