One needs to realize that if you use Speakon to 1/4 inch plug cables that the "A" channel 1/4 inch sleeve is the HOT speaker signal to system ground.

DO NOT allow this to be shorted to ground. If one tries to use a DI from speaker output without ground lift you will blow the A side amp.

The A channel is inverted in the mixer and the A output is again inverted at the output resulting in the sleeve being the HOT speaker lead.

They do this to implement the bridged mode easily.

The power amp stopped working completely. T4 was shorted, so I replaced all 4 IRF9460 and 640's fets,
R1, R8 were open, and D9 15v Zener smt was also open along with R50 smt.
On initial test, I was getting 51v at the speaker out on left output, but the fault was a cracked trace at D5.
With all those in, it fired up lovely.
The speakers are 8ohm 150w cabs
