Phonic helix board 18 firewire mk2

My Helix board firewire 18 mk2 firewire interface has packed up. The firewire LED does not light up nor does it communicate. Anyone got any ideas? I cant get it fixed in the UK so does anyone have the service manual or at least the circuit?

Have you tried contacting Phonic and asking for it?

I have asked Phonic who say they wont release the circuit. They wont fix it either. Its 18 months old!
Does anyone have the service manual or any ideas
