Apart from the Boss pedal - what else is common to the set up when 3 different amps have been used - and shut down?
Check the speaker and the wiring to it - make sure that it is OK. If you have a meter - switch it to a low ohms range and measure across the jack plug that would be plugged into the amp(s) - with the speaker connected to the other end. How many ohms do you read?
