Hi everyone!
I would like to build a special klaxon for my old car (it is a Dyane 6 made by Citroen). Indeed, I don't know how to realize the following system: I would like to register 2 different sounds in MP3 format or wave or wma... and to use them as a klaxon. For instance, one time I want to use the first one so I put a selecter on position one, and an other time I use the second sound by putting the selecter on position 2. (The last position of the selecter is to stop the whole system). I have already built a class D amplifier but how can I do to realize the system described ? Thank you a lot in advance for your help. you will need an indoor/outdoor horn speaker capable of the wattage you intend to use. a good loud car horn should be able to produce at least 100db or higher SPL. emergency vehicles average 200Wrms for their sirens.
