iam look for how can i get distortion form 12au7a
all of the basic distortion ,fuzz and overdrive

Hi,

12AU7 doesn't overdrive all that nice, may be one reason they are scarce.

Any particular reason for using the 'AU7? Got a boxfull?

no just the it can be used at low voltage around 15v or 10 volts

Hi,

Well, I have never tried a 12AU7 in "starved plate" mode, so I'm intrigued as to results

*adds to list of experiments to breadboard this week*
