Default Panamic Audio Guild

I picked up a Panaramic Audio Guild amp this week. It has two pairs of 7591's each with separate transformers going to separate speakers. One to a 12" speaker and the other to a 8" speaker. It has five inputs input one hi/low and input two hi/low and duo input. The dual input has a swtich to switch from channel one to two.

It worked perfectly upon first use, but now the 12" driver doesn't work. Speaker tests fine, outputs test fine as do the the preamp tubes. Any ideas what to test next?

Here's a blurb on it...only difference is that mine has an 8" speakers as well.

The Verstaone bass amp had a single 12" UTAH long throw bass speaker.
That single 12" was fed by BOTH power amps. The 'Pan-O-Flex' knob
controlled the ratio of sound reaching the 12" from the 'treble' or
hi-frequency power amp and the 'bass' or low-frquency amp. There is a
crossover that divides the signal coming from the pre...splits it and
sends it to the two power amps. basically bi-amping, but that's not
the magic of the Versatone (there are a few things magical about the
amp;-) It was smoothly variable so when a mic was put on the 12" you
could shift the hi to low ratio without messing with your preamp
controls. You could give the recording engineer the right ratio of
top to bottom in your bass sound for the given song.
