Default Orange Squeezer - compressor for bass

Hi there.

I started building a GGG Orange Squeezer KIT yesterday (http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/...7&Itemid =79). It's my first DIY. But I'm a bit confused about modding it for bass.

I found the bass mods on Tonepad.com:
1) Changed output cap from 4.7uF to 1uF.
2) Changed bleeder cap from 4.7uf to 10uF.
3) Decrreased feedback resistor from 220k to 200k. (less drive)

But I'm not sure which cap should be changed. There is 4 x 4.7uf. But could anyone look at the scematics here: http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_osq_sc.pdf and http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_osq_lo.pdf

Thanks for your time.

Hi,

1) Doesn't make any sense to me, presumably means C6.

2) Presumably means C3.

3) 10% change of R9 willl have little effect.

I've read that the 220 to 200 is a common trick if you don't want the mild drive of the original Orange Squeezer.

What would you change to enhance it for a bass guitar?
