Hi Seraph,
Replace the differential pairs with new matched devices. The offset should drop below 10 mV after that. Replace any electrolytic capacitors at the same time. You don't need magic capacitors, just name brand good ones.

I have had a Bedini preamp for about 20 years now. It isn't a high end preamp but it's served with no problems and I've enjoyed a lot of music with it.

RIP John Bedini.

Thanks Chris. Caps are new. Will replace the differential pairs.
