in shrot i uselly listen to hip hop, pop, rnb, house you know most of the mainstream stuff, i'll be useing them for workouts in the future but mainly for on the train or laidback on bed.

Audio-Technica are definitely a safe bet, they make inexpensive models, as well as expensive, more pro models. I don't know about the specific model you mentioned, but there are a couple under $100 here:Headphones - Electronics | Free Shipping in Australia | Selby
Same with skullcandy, not sure about the model you mentioned, but they are decent for inexpensive, recreational listening.
