Default Need help for a battery headphone amp project

I want to build the folowing headphone amp: <Image1>
Powered with the power supply with to make a "Virtual Ground" As seen on image 2

The only problem is that I also want to ad a comparator after de battery to know if the 9V cell is still ok or if it need replacement shut dotn the power so the headphone amp wont act funny but I have no idea of how to build it... I found that the Texas Instruments TL3016 would be great for a comparator, any idea?

If someone don't like the schematics I posted here feel free to interact.

Thanks
