Hey guys,

I've been working on a portable music player for some time and I've run into some... let's call them "pivotal moments". I'm using a very basic design for DAC + I/V Stage + Headphone Amp and I was wondering if what I drew in red is feasible. I'm not entirely sure how I/V stages work (if they require the positive inputs to be tied to ground). So my question is: is it a good idea to try out the changes in red?

PS: The parts I use and the temperatures I measured via an IR gun are:
- ambient temp: 23 C / 73.4 F
- PCM1792A running at 44.1Khz: 40 C / 104 F
- OPA1644AID powered at +/-8V: 45 C / 113 F
- TPA6120A2 powered at +/-8V: 50 C / 122 F
