Default dual purpose amp question.

Ill be getting the

DIY Magic Sound Buffer 6N3 x 2 6Z4 Tube Preamp Amp 220V or 110V Transformer | eBay

less than a week. Ill be connecting this tube preamp to my Sure TPA 3116 amp that will drive some desk top speakers.

In the meantime im thinking i want to use this tube preamp in combo with a "x" headphone amp to drive possibly some modded audio technica ath m50x phones.

Any suggestions on what amp I should buy? O2? bottlehead ? china ebay amp ? or ?

This one seems interesting

I dont want to spend more than a 100-300 hundred bucks if i can help it.
