Default My Headphone amp. Very diy...

Here are some pics of a headphone amp i've been designing on-and-off for about 4 years now.
This is version 4. I will post schematic soon. I'm using it for live playing with IEM's. It is quiet and has more than enough punch.
The board layout is my own, and I use a routing method instead of etching.
I have 3 inputs that can be mixed. It also has a balanced input converter which utilises a trim pot to adjust CMMR.
If anyone would like more input feel free to post here.

Single ended output with active current source bias?

But I think its simpler like a normal C-moy with opamp buffer output and regulated supply.
