Talking DIY isodynamic headphones?

Anyone had a go at building / designing their own?

Found this:
DIY HiFi Orthodynamic Portable Headphones (aka Ribbon Driver Headphones)

..and she proposes the use of these:
2x Sawafuji Ribbon Tweeter , 39 mm , 8 Ohm , perfekt für eine Line Array | eBay

For you guys who know these things...does the above sound like organised madness...and what are your thoughts on finding speaker elements for something like this?

I had to ask
