OK 4x4F150.....I ordered a new pot. Just removed the old scratchy one. I dont have a neat Hakko sucker so it was going into careful destructo removal mode!!
Using a small drill, drilling as many holes into the pot without hitting anything else, using some solder wick and flux to remove all of the solder I could. Then slowy prying the remainder of the pot out...she came out willingly!! Ha!
Now just need the new pot from mouser in a few days and we should be bcak to scratch free listening!!
Where there a will theres a way...

Hey great news! I'm seeing this after sending you some other stuff just now.

Hi I'm looking for the gerber files to get a couple of PCB's made for the O2 Booster Boards I have tryed the link on a few of the threads but no luck just hoping some one may have a copy of the files. Thanks in hope
Hope this is what you were looking for, Pm me if this link doesn't works
I like the O2 design so I looked at a few posts in this thread. It's very interesting but it is not an O2 because of negative feedback from the output stage. That and all the other changes just makes it new design which could have been done without mention of the O2 except maybe some kudos for NwAvGuy.
