Sofaspud,

I add few details on your schemo. I'm not sure about pin 4 of second NE5532. Do I need to connect this pin to -12V or to the ground?

Please advice.

If using two 5532's, pin 4 of both will connect to -12V. And connect the fourth unused op amp as per this page.

Two more of the 10k resistors will be fine, but you don't really need the resistors. Just connect the + input to ground, and the output back to the - input.

Sofaspud,
Can I use 9V power supply instead 12V for schematic that you suggested to me?

This would keep the stereo on the stereo signals.

Yes. This information and more can be found in the datasheet.
