Hi im looking for the greatest headphones for ecen a sub bass on for 200$ or lower, thabis for giving me tips!!

Usually "Texas" style headphones are pretty good but I use Sony MDR's.

Nice Bass headphones, not very expensive.

The local Future Shop store was blowing out the Sony MDR-V700 DJ 'phones for a heck of a good price. Those have bass, and insane power handling.

You may be expecting too much from headphones; I believe low bass is felt in the body more than it is heard. Look into DIY tactile transducers.
