can someone look this over?

I wanted to see if this schematic looked right it's not my design, but I wanted to make a new layout With better parts and on board power. My Main question is with the heaters if I have the resistors right there and If I implmented the regulator right to trim the 15 volts to regulated 12 Thanks

I have been playing with LTSpice and decided your power supply would be a good test. i have attached a zip file with your original and my modified one.
I am by no means a expert but the first 317 sims ok (although sim has some ringing), but the second one you would get a voltage drop across the first filament thus having a lower voltage across the second.

in the second circuit i simply moved the 2nd lm317 out from the 1st and adjusted the resistors to give approx 6.3v and separated the two filaments (the best i could find was that when operating they would be about 90 ohms)

BTW i am not sure about the LM317 LTSpice model, it was the first one i found.
