Smile Balanced OTL headphone amp

Please see attached circuit, I am in search of some ideas on how to improve it as I am planning on building the amplifier shortly.

I have used a design that takes advantage of the fact that most DACS have balanced outputs and the circuitry behind the balanced outputs is often more elegant than the SE ouput circuitry.

I would of liked to make a balanced OTL output from both of the plates although the capacitor values get out of hand, does anyone have any ideas on a way to implement this with OTL or using a capacitor/line level transformer hybrid solution that eliminates the need for large/expensive OP transformers.
