My x cans v2 makes a very nice line level buffer amp. However, the level of background hiss is too high with it connected like this. Would it be possible to switch a gain stage in/out (output stage for example), and if so, how?
I don't want to use a resistor attenuator to reduce gain at the output. Link to schematic at rock grotto: Musical Fidelity X-Can V2 reverse engineered schematic diagram TIA, Paul |
