Please help. I just built a second Objective 2 Amp to see if it will have the same problem and it does. They both work perfectly on batteries but the AC Adapter will not work and without that I have no power to the batteries to recharge or to use it without batteries which I know it can. There is no way two of them can do the exact same thing without a part being broken or something wrong right? Please help me!
Note: Don't mind the missing OPAMP on the one picture, I accidentally only ordered 1 for the kit, but I tried all the OPAMPs in each kit and just switched it to the new one. Please help!

Not having a unit yet, I am planning to build an O2 when I can manage to find a PC board and kit the parts. As a long time ham radio operator and electronic engineer, I am too proud (and cheap) to buy an assembled unit, but I can try to help you to troubleshoot your units. Can you test the power supply output separately? w1ael (Allan)
Thanks Allan,
I tested the AC Adapter and it turns out it was a dud. My boards are perfect. The PC board can be found at JDS Labs Inc. and the parts list can be found on NwAvGuy's website. I actually have a very nice kit that I could sell you if you wanted to put it together. It will look exactly like this one but I changed the resistors to a 715 Ohm Gain and a 133 Ohm Gain I think. But I will include batteries as well. I can just ship the parts to you. Let me know, this is what it looks like:
JDS Labs - Assembled Objective2 Headphone Amplifier
Without the silver knob though but a Black one with a White line. Send me a PM if your interested in it.
