NO. it has feedback. R13 .
It is a single ended, OTL amplifier.

The mods should probably delete or move this thread, as it is not a diy project.

It is cheap though, I'll give you that.

I modified the PCB again.
Convenient installation.
Using relatively simple LM7824 as a voltage regulator IC. Its experience in practical use. Has a good power supply ripple control.
