Well, 1/4" Jack on my mixer is done. Is there a way to replace it or fix it?

yeah tell us what kind it is, open it up and get a part number if there is one.

It should be very straight forward:
Perhaps hex nuts on both sides of the jack holding to chassis. Commonly 3 wires - a shared ( - ) and 1 ( + ) wire for each channel. |
