Yes, your drawing is fine. And raising R6/R13 to 1k completely stopped any hint of oscillation, no matter what the gain.

Measured frequency response with the pot at output extends beyond 100kHz.

Well, it will work the way it is now... they are all soldered in. That is a good idea though... I may move 2-4 of them (the ones sticking up) to the underside of the board.

I was confirmed on the list for 2 sets of gold plated boards. I never received the final shipping amount so I have not sent payment. I have sent a couple of emails to Peter but have not received a reply. Would one of you reply to me and let me know if my boards are still available?
