Project Tube and ic amplifier PCB or kits
I have a project using tube 6922EH(OR ECC88)as input buffer, LM1875 as power output IC..I had finished the engineering working sample. You can get more information in AMP Chip ...... Now i am going to make a update version of the PCB, who is interesting in this project? I think the price of all the materials in the PCB will be controlled under 40$ including the tube,ic,and heating....... Hope more froends will join in this project.... |

Here are some pictures of the PCB with components. The PCB size is 20*15cm, 1.6mm FR4 material.
The tube we can use 6922EH or 6DJ8 or ECC88 or E88CC or 6N11...... |

The relay part using LM7812 , when power on, the relays will be conected after around 10 seconds......during this 10 seconds, LM7806 is working and heating the "lamp" inside the tube...

About the power supply:
20V~-----0V------20V~ 3A is suggested for LM1875.....(120W) 18V~-----0V------18V~ 3A can also be used in this case. 12V~ 0.5A is for the relay part. (6W) 8V~-----9V~ 1.0A is for the "lamp" inside the tube.(8W---9W) So, the power of the transformer shall be around 150W in this case. |
