Small GB of IRFP240s

So, I need some IRFP240s, like 20, but there are great price breaks at higher volumes. I was thinking about 100 (four rails of 25). Anyone interested in splitting them?

I can do matching to make it more worth while, as long as we aren't talking rediculous numbers (I'm not as crazy as Grey Rollins!

). I suppose I could go to 200-300 depending on interest.

DigiKey Pricing:
1 - $3.21
10 - $2.14
100 - $1.712
1000 - $1.498

Actually, it looks like Arrow has them for $1.63. Maybe not worth it...

I got mine from Reichelt in Germany, individual quantities and approx/less than your 1000 qty from Digikey...

Just make sure you specify IR make only, unless you don't mind as most of the clones seem just as good.

Also there was a US-based user on here selling matched ones at a reasonable price, can't remember his name now though.
