So, at this point, I am going to leave this open for the last 3 people who responded initially to get a chance at a pulley. There are 2 people who are new (not on the initial list). There has been plenty of time to respond. I think that the loose pulleys will probably be those available for the increased order numbers.

I faced off about 1/3 of the pulleys this weekend. My 2 year old demands most of my free time these days, but I will do my best to get these done asap.

If I have missed someone, please let me know so I can add you to the list. I am planning to finish off the pulleys, then figure out total costs, send out billing, and then ship them as money arrives and time permits. I prefer to do it all at once instead of sending them out piece at a time.

Hi Dave,

Not to renege on the distribution thing...but seeing how big the pullies are I suspect that mailing them to me and then have me redistribute them in Europe is going to essentially double the shipping costs for the Europeans.

Regards,
Bas

I was on vacation for the last week, and missed out on the whole DIYaudio.com thing.. I'm also still interested and have sent you, DaveM, an e-mail via DIYaudio.com

Is the EU distribution going through Bas Horneman or not BTW? If it's still on, I'll send him my information too.

Bas,

I weighed a pulley and they are 80 grams give or take. I'm not sure where that will fall in the shipping department. I will need to check what they will cost to get them in bulk to Europe and what they will cost individually. If you would check a shipping cost on your side, then we can tell how to proceed.

To all the others who emailed me recently, I have gotten the emails. We are now faced with the dilema of 39 good pulleys and 42 orders. Hmmmm. We did also have 2 late comers. There are also the looser shaft holes. Was there anyone who was planning on using set screws to mount them? In that case, with 4 set screws, there is no issue with a few thousandths of slop on the shaft, the screws will take that up just fine.

It definately appears that those who want to increase their orders will not be able to do so.

And just as a follow up thought..... Damn you Europeans and all your vacation.

I upped my order to 4. I only really "need" 2. I will release 2 for the latecomers.

I could do with only two pulleys as well (instead of three),
if that helps to get out of this dilemma...
