Wiring the R-Core transformer is a little tricky for best operation as it has 4 outputs of 0-18VAC, 3 for the Positive section and one for the negative section. Finding the right combination is critical to proper operation.
Can someone please help we with this, how do I find the best combination?
Yoú've got 4 pairs of wires
white
black
brown
grey
first connect one white and one black (you've got to wiers to measure) switch on power and see if you've got aprox 42 V (unloaded) or 0V, if aprox 0V is measured switch one of the wires.
You'll end up with 42V.
Next take one of the brown wires and connect it to the black wire which isn't used, switch on power measure. If you measure aprox 21 V switch the brown wires and you'll measure 63V
Voila ready
