about 2 months from the day I order, the shipping is via surface parcel due to the weight.

Hi Jacco,

If only paypal is accepted you could always deposit the money to my dutch account and I will paypal it for you.

ps...did you know you can transfer money from a dutch account to paypal account for free? No credit card needed.
