I just got my free samples from Bergquist. SilPad K-10 (kapton based). You get a couple 4x4" sheets. cut them up for your MT-200 or ChipAmp needs.

MT-200, thats the case of a 2SC3264, right? I like silpads, no heat transfer compound needed and they have better thermal conductance than these mica insulators that insulates as mutch heat as they transfer.

OffTopic: Err their obsolete, i had a amp that used 2sc2565/2sa1095A and i was unable to find them and if i did they were cheap fakes, also most 2SC3264 out there and its complement were cheap fakes so i never got any replacements and scrapped the amp.

More OT: Was it a Nikko Alpha 230? Do you still have it? I'd be interested. I was able find real replacements (not cheap), but need a couple other goodies from it
Email me. Applogies for the off topic...
