I just measured the DC voltage on my portotype build with unmatched transistors and 5% resistors it setteled at -125mV which is a bit much, but with 1% resistors the offset is much lower. (the amps I use now are all below 40 mV)

I just tested one of my boards with 1% resistors and unmatched transistors on board.

The DC output voltage is 10 mV so i guess the DC adjustment is not needed then.

Can 1% resistors be found everywhere in the world?
