I will probably use an Hammond aluminum enclosure (painted black) with a 1/4'' home made face plate.

I found my power connector: 6 pins neutrik (kind of XLR type).

A lot of people are asking me about the ground connections.

You only have to solder the small wire connection on the top side.
All grounds that dont make any connection on the bottom side are connected on the top layer to the ground plane.

Hello,

I am designing an improved high end power supply for the Pearl.
I will use a discrete diode bridge with bypass capacitors as well a bypass capacitor of 1uF across the Electrolytic snap in cap.
Any other suggestions?

I will post a photo of the layout as soon as I have a ready version.

ready version.
Hope itīs worth it. Half of the parts on the Pearl Phono Board seem to be used as power supply.

Did you hear a difference?

Hi promitheus

I would also be interested in getting some boards if you still have any. I've just sent you an email.

Thanks
Xavier
