I think so. If I have ambient temperatures inside the amplifier that hot, I have other issues to worry about. IMO.

The caps are spaced off the board 1-1.5mm, I need to put a bit of 3m extreme mounting tape there to help strain relief. They should get plenty of air flow as the top will be heavily perforated and the bottom plate is as well.
