Yes it does. But you'll have to set this in the Audio MIDI program. The same applies to the sampling frequency. The settings shown in the Audio MIDI program are what's used on the RTX (or any other soundcard), no matter what the setting in REW are. You can check this by setting REW to a high sampling rate, and set a low sampling rate in Audio MIDI. You'll observe very low signal levels at frequencies above the Nyquist frequency of the Audio MIDI setting.

Say thank you to Apple for making this so complicated.

Oh, and it would be useful to have indicator LEDs on the RTX that show the sampling rates that are in use. This would help to notice if/when things go wrong because of such software hickups.
